cursor is still freezing I have tried numer things including this I
found on a ubuntu site:

I used the command 'sudo apt-get install  --reinstall xubuntu-desktop'
that was list on the site listed above, it worked for a bit, here's the
output from the term:

This all the info I have for you, other than this is not a fresh
install.
