Public bug reported:

I often compile stuff for the host (amd64) and target (i386)
architectures using multilib compiler. Unfortunately I need libxdamage-
dev and at the moment I constantly have to re-install it. It would be
great is libxdamage-dev was converted to multiarch:saem.
