Public bug reported: All Unity effects run slow on my computer (Ati Radeon X1600 256 MB DDR3, Intel Core 2 Duo 2 GHz). The Dash opens slow, the Unity window switcher is very slow, too. I can say that all effects are to some extent slow and making the system slow.
