Yes. it got to the point that I'm afraid to run virtualbox or watch youtube or 
play mp4 or music.
It's ridiculous.

I understand that bug exists and will always exist.  Even on windows or
mac. But this bug is too critical to be realease as LTS. This is like a
beta version.

Now what I want to know is:
- What percentage of ubuntu users and other linux users actually experiencing 
this bug.
- I'm on 32bit ubuntu, is the 64 bit version any better?
- This doesn' seem happen only on geforce or ati. It also happens on IntelHD 
graphics. Is this correct. If so then it probably has nothing to do with 
graphic driver.
- Is it true certain kernel version doesn't have this bug? I read some comment 
like downgrading to 3.0 version actually fix it?  What would be the problem 
with downgrading to 3.0 kernel?
- Is anyone actually acknowledging this bug and currently fixing it?
- Does it also happen on Mint?
