Ok, I got one. It took a *long* time, and I (stupidly) didn't grab the error state (too tired after 24 hours of flight/travel), but it definitely happened while running a apt-get upgrade after a long time, while at the same time browsing photos from my travel. Let's say, the situation as wastely improved, but is not perfect. I will try to get the error state as soon as I hit it again.
