Public bug reported: during boot, I get the purple screen, then it goes black and stays that way till I use the crtl-alt-delete key sequence, I have a dual boot with win 7 and this is the newest ver of ubuntu 12.10 I think anyway it used to work fine but now it does this. every time I boot I have to use crtlaltdelet funtion or manually reboot the computer to get into ubuntu after that all is fine but don't understand why this is happining.??
