Hi ullix, Could you please also provide the output of `xrandr --verbose` from when the monitor is in the 1024x768/1152x900 resolution, which should be useful for us in this case. It would also be nice if you could take a screenshot using the screenshot tool and see what size the resulting image is.
Could you also remove the file ~/.config/monitors.xml which contains your user specific monitor configuration and see if this changes anything? This is not an automated message ;-) Geir Ove ** Tags added: 945g karmic resolution ** Tags removed: needs-xorglog -- [ubuntu karmic] intel-video finds correct screen size but sets it incorrectly https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/413788 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
