I checked in my syslog after many complete freeze (CTRL+ALT+Fx not
reacting), and i found this line for the 3rd time:

Aug 16 13:17:01 pierriko-dell CRON[10776]: (root) CMD (   cd / && run-parts
--report /etc/cron.hourly)

at the time of the freeze, but I've nothing in my crontab:

$ crontab -l
no crontab for pierriko
$ ll /etc/cron.hourly
total 20
drwxr-xr-x   2 root root  4096 Jul 11 15:08 ./
drwxr-xr-x 147 root root 12288 Aug 16 13:29 ../
-rw-r--r--   1 root root   102 Apr  2 15:28 .placeholder
$ cat /etc/cron.hourly/.placeholder
# DO NOT EDIT OR REMOVE
# This file is a simple placeholder to keep dpkg from removing this
directory

Any idea?

Here is 3 line of my syslog where the 2nd one is blocking:

Aug 16 12:38:33 pierriko-dell dhclient: bound to 192.168.1.36 -- renewal in
2821 seconds.                # <--- normal DHCP renewal
Aug 16 13:17:01 pierriko-dell CRON[10776]: (root) CMD (   cd / && run-parts
--report /etc/cron.hourly)   # <--- time of freeze
Aug 16 13:25:34 pierriko-dell dhclient: DHCPREQUEST of 192.168.1.36 on
wlan0 to 192.168.1.1 port 67      # <--- time of reboot
