Note: I am running dual-head (HP L2045w connected via DisplayPort->DVI).
Newly restarted X server fails to switch to proper resolutions with xrandr, as xrandr crashes. xrandr command I use: xrandr --verbose --output LVDS1 --mode 1440x900 --output DVI2 --mode 1680x1050 --left-of LVDS1 This error is reported: malloc: ../bash/dispose_cmd.c:205: assertion botched p->minfo.mi_magic2 == 0x5555 Aborting...Aborted (core dumped) Will try to reboot to see if the problem is left-over from first one. -- X crash on X200s in intel_drv.so/intel_batch_flush https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/418194 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
