Public bug reported:

Just upgraded from Ubuntu 10.10. Update wasdone manually simply the-
debian-way (apt-get -u dist-upgrade), Then removed ALL nvidia support
and installed gnome-panel-fallback. Just all what I did, so I thought I
had notthis package installed :-)

I saw panel for a just few seconds then raport window asked me if I want
to send this. Tha't all I can say. Hope It helps.
