*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 968845 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/968845
I've tried the workaround given at bug #968845; indeed, I've had the usbhid and bcm5974 modules listed in SUSPEND_MODULES ever since I first installed Ubuntu. I can therefore say that that workaround does not fix the bug I've reported. However, perhaps the workaround actually CAUSES the bug I'm experiencing, because when I suspend and resume my machine, the touchpad is reset? Is there some way I can get my configuration reapplied when the bcm5974 module is reloaded on resume? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-input-synaptics in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/954600 Title: Touchpad configuration reset after suspend/resume on MacBookAir4,2 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-input-synaptics/+bug/954600/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
