Hi Fabio, I did not specifically try dragging it in that way before I closed it (by logging out). I suspect it would not have worked (the drag operation would have applied to the window behind it) because generally I was not able to interact with the white window itself (operations always applied to the window behind it, as if the white window wasn't there). It's possible that I dragged a window behind the white window using Alt+left click; I certainly never noticed a case where I used Alt+left click and happened to drag the white window.
