@rubiojr, I came back from the long CNY holiday and tried to follow up this bug. But unfortunately, I failed to reproduce that with either stock 12.04 or upgrading from stock 11.10 to 12.04.
Could you please try to install a fresh Ubuntu from livecd and reproduce this issue at your side and record the process? I'd like to exactly follow what you do step by step to see if I'm lucky (or unlucky) to encounter the same issue.
