Christopher, thanks for posting your Xorg.0.log. The stack trace there is quite different from the original crash. Since the patch on the upstream bug report is already deployed and the bug set as fixed, there's not much point reopening it, which means this bug report is stale. Let's close it out and have you open a new bug report.
Please file a new bug report after reproducing the crash via this command: ubuntu-bug xorg Also, we will need a full stacktrace from the crash - see http://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Backtracing for guidance on how to do that. ** Changed in: xorg (Ubuntu) Importance: Medium => High ** Changed in: xorg (Ubuntu) Status: Triaged => Fix Released -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xorg in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/481030 Title: [Upstream] Huge memory allocation on zoom in Impress / xorg crashes To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/xserver-xorg-video-intel/+bug/481030/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
