I have a Dell Studio 17 with Mobility Radeon HD 3650. Until I switched to fglrx
it worked fine, but now it redraws really slow when it comes to moving windows
or switching between them. There is probably some problem with framebuffer
. When I disabled effects, it works fine except moving windows around desktop
(drawing inside windows is fast).
