Hi Daniel, I have done a lot of test on different hardware and I think the problem is in compiz or unity, a unity --reset or compiz --replace fixes the problem until next suspend resume, I think this problem is the same as the bug Bug #861061, with 11.04 this bug did not occur, I will wait for the correction the Bug #861061, to see if the problem goes away.
