I Installed some packages from maverick: xserver-xorg_7.5+6ubuntu3_amd64.deb xserver-xorg-core_1.9.0-0ubuntu7.6_amd64.deb xserver-xorg-input-evdev_2.3.2-6ubuntu3.1_amd64.deb xserver-xorg-input-mouse_1.5.0-2build1_amd64.deb xserver-xorg-input-vmmouse_12.6.9-2build1_amd64.deb xserver-xorg-video-fbdev_0.4.2-2ubuntu2_amd64.deb xserver-xorg-video-v4l_0.2.0-4ubuntu1_amd64.deb xserver-xorg-video-vesa_2.3.0-3build1_amd64.deb xserver-xorg-video-vmware_11.0.1-2build1_amd64.deb Also I installed Nvidia-driver from it's site. Now all works.
