Can someone please assist me in testing the fix? I'm not sure how to get the correct repositories enabled, pull the correct packages without running into conflicts, what steps to follow to test video and what log files to check, etc.
I mentioned previously that https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source /fglrx-installer/+bug/852355 is marked as a duplicate of this bug.
