Thank you for reporting this bug. Would you please help us to better document
this report so we could conduct it to it's developers. First, please open your
Terminal(Ctrl+Alt+T) Then enter the following command(Thanks to Phil.):
apport-collect 894519
After that one finishes, run the following command, the same way too and try to
use ALL features that have problems:
xinput --test "AlpsPS/2 ALPS GlidePoint" > ~/xinput-test-alps.txt
then press Ctrl+C to end the test and will save a text file called
"xinput-test-alps.txt", I'm asking you to upload/attach it to this report.
