Env: Oneiric, daily updates, Unity My caps lock light is occasionally "inverted" as well.
I typically use an external keyboard. Pressing caps lock on the external keyboard does not toggle the light, but does toggle the caps lock text entry. Therefore, when the indicator meaning is inverted, one can press the caps lock key on the external keyboard to synchronize the indicator and caps lock. I don't know my caps lock indicator becomes inverted. An inadvertently keypress (i.e., human error) is possible, but it happens more often than I might expect for that cause. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/655761 Title: [gm45] caps-lock light got inverted meaning To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-intel/+bug/655761/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
