You have been subscribed to a public bug: When I report a bug with apport, it shows a sentence that I can't understand (it's a statement with a question mark, see screenshot). Also, I think the answer options are swapped (Yes means No and vice versa).
Workaround: Click "Yes." without knowing what you're doing.
