Thanks Cedric! I've added PPA and installed nvidia-96 driver. But XServer failed to start reporting:
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to allocate/map the primary surface! Looking to the Internet gives the solution - to add nopat option in GRUB kernel loading string. It helped.
