I have 275.09.07 nvidia driver installed - still get blank windows if they get too big.
IIUC, Ubuntu developers seem to blame Nvidia for the problem - has Nvidia actually _acknowledged_ it? They released their new driver quite a long time after this bug here was discussed so it'd be good to know if anyone cares for pushing them. If not and Nvidia disagrees and Ubuntu developers continue to say it's Nvidias problem i suggest to prominently WARN people about this problem.
