Looking at the Xorg.conf, I've noticed that you use 'vesa' as the graphics driver. That's probably why the HDMI output doesn't work. Take a look at the Poulsbo wiki page on how to install the driver. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HardwareSupportComponentsVideoCardsPoulsbo#PSB_drivers_.28outdated.29
