Thanks for the logs. I've posted a test build that I'd like to receive some feedback on. It uses the ACPI method to try and enable power to the card before trying to do any hardware initialization. If it works I'll run it by the upstream developers to see whether this is an appropriate solution to the problem. You can get the build at
