Still this report describes a generic symptom, and not a specific
problem that can be analyzed and solved.
Blank screen bugs happen for a host of different reasons, but without
collecting and providing the necessary diagnostics, no analysis can be
done.
Refer to the link mentioned in the comment above for how to report these
types of bugs.
