same problem on my notebook with VX800: xorg crashes when I move or maximize or drag window with video in any player with Xv output. Xorg with openchrome from svn trunk crashes too. Apport can't collect information about crash and I can't attach gdb to Xorg process: it attaches when I start gdb on tty1, but when I switch back to Xorg system freezes and I must reboot it with Alt+SysRQ+B In Xorg.0.log only that lines have connection to crash:
