thanks for reporting this bug and commenting. In Ubuntu Natty Narwal
unity have been re-written as a compiz plugin. and this should not be an
isssue for you anymore. If you have the time you could test the Natty
Alpha-3 ISO to see if the issue is still there. But its quite probable
that this bug is automagically fixed on the switch to compiz. I am
closing this bug since the development of the mutter version of unity
have stopped and the current focus is only compiz unity.
