Hello Everyone, Nathan and I have been in dialogue with the Community Council via E-mail and I have both in person and via e-mail been in touch with members of the Community Council and LoCo Council and today I received a invitation from the LoCo Council for Ubuntu Oregon to submit an application for approval at their next meeting.
I have asked Nathan Williams to spearhead the preparation and presentation of the application and it is my hope that with the new LC criteria in place and through the dialogue we have had that when presented with a new application we will in fact be approved this time. I would like to thank everyone for their sustained contributions over the cycles and great turnout at events. Nathan is planning a big Ubuntu Bug Jam/ Debian BSP at PSU next month and it is my hope we will accomplish some good work going into this new development cycle and also contribute to upstream additionally.
