has anybody has issues with large emojis such has hearts showing up in thunderbird? i just installed ubuntu desktop 18.04 to have a look at it after using kubuntu 18.04 for a while now, and when i open thunderbird, there's large heart icons overlaying the text of my emails. so weird. and what's also weird is that this very issue has been there ever since ubuntu 18.04 was released as a daily build back last year. at the time, i was testing this new version of gnome and the problem persisted even after several updates and even reinstalls of new daily builds. i can't remember if i filed a bug for this and i'm going to do it again and go back to kubuntu 18.04 since i've had much better luck with graphical stability. and no weird hearts floating around. it feels like my email's sending me love notes or something. lmao like it's saying 'show me some love!' yeah, i'll show you love when i delete you, you wretched emails! lol so, i'm heading back to kubuntu 18.04 after i file a new bug.
