We are in the process of migrating the site, which I hope will be done by tomorrow, along with a mailing list and an on-line survey for Felton residents. Currently the page to visit is http://faq.fixedbylinux.com-a.googlepages.com/lindependence2008-bringinglinuxtothemass > Anecdotally, Canonical seems pretty infamous for this. Working under the worst case scenario, if you had some LiveCDs -- or even LiveCDs we could help burn for you if need be. Swag would be nice, but I think it's more important to get media into the hands of those Feltoners curious enough to try this experiment. I can't represent Ubuntu myself because, as the project's coordinator, I should remain distro neutral. I know of one person in S.F. I'd like to ask come down to Felton, but I'm putting out the call now for others. > > Larry, any frustration I might have is directed solely toward the gaps > in communication in the LoCo infrastructure, and explicitly not at you. Understood and appreciated. Thanks. Larry Cafiero -- Ubuntu-us-ca mailing list Ubuntu-us-ca@lists.ubuntu.com Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-us-ca
