[ubuntu-uk] Installing Ubuntu on a Toshiba WT8 Encore Tablet

Anyone heard anything about this? I can't get it to boot from an 
external USB stick or an internal Micro SD card.
It just doesn't seem to see either of those.
Any tips or thoughts?
