You could do worse than to try Sublime Text 2 <http://www.sublimetext.com/2> Whilst not strictly speaking a WYSIWYG editor it's pretty damn powerful albeit with a learning curve. It's currently in beta & has been for some while so it's free to use at present but make no mistake it's being very actively developed.
