I was about to comment on this saying that was a bit of a bad idea, when I actually thought about it, it's quite frankly genius. What's the point in confusing suppliers with jargon and options and just say "Will this work with Ubuntu? Make it work, etc." It gives them a name to hang on to, Linux is a very scary word to drop it seems.
