Just to chime in, a way I use to see hardware on a Windows computer is by downloading and running a program called "CPU-Z", it shows the motherboard make and model which you can then use to find the spec.
I believe it works on all versions of Windows back to the '95 days as well, a really great piece of software. Daniel
