Thanks for that. I'm aware of Cyanogen but I didn't think it supported the HD. I've found the references to "Inspire 4G" etc offputting, as the HD isn't a 4G device. Last time I checked, no Cyanogen ROM was available, but it looks like that's changed. Must give it a bash. Both seem very Spartan compared to Sense, though - although I do like the performance improvement!
