Hi, With recent talk of hardware running more slowly under Ubuntu, and with my thinking of getting a new portable laptop, i thought i might check with the list here to see if anyone knows if there will be any problems with the following. I don't know much about hardware so if there is anything people think should be flagged, i'd appreciate the input.
Its the Lenovo 11" Thinkpad. Specs: Brand: Lenovo Screen Size: 11.6 inches Processor: Intel Core i3, 1.33 GHz RAM: 4 GB Computer Memory Type: DDR3 SDRAM Hard Drive Size: 320 GB Graphics Card Description: Intel HD Graphics Graphics RAM Type: Unknown If anyone has any overwhelming reasons for buying another machine i would love to hear them. One condition is that i do a fair bit of gruelling fieldwork and so like the build quality of Lenovo.
