Change the primary monitor in nvidia-settings to be the second one.

If you save the config, and after a reboot it fails, all you have to do is 
delete the /etc/X11/xorg.conf

Yes, I knew that :-), I was just scared to save and re-boot into something
that might not work.

Yes, everything moves over to the Belinia, the Viewsonic only has the purply
background image  on  it.
