A lot of the time you will then be able to concentrate and fix it yourself but, if not, you can get help from other human beings, but they're volunteers not call-centre employees trained and paid to absorb other people's frustration.

Otherwise, if one really feels that MS Windows is so much better, it would seem sensible to stick with it?
