Sorry for any confusion, I was saying that the Ubuntu Website team has no Drupal themes that I could find, the one that I linked was an HTML theme. The site available at http://staging.profarius.com/ is indeed a Drupal site. The one at http://98.142.210.218/light-base-theme/ on a VPS of mine is simply bog standard HTML.
