If you installed it from the repository it should be listed in System>Administration as (probably) Partition Editor (gparted) or similar. Use it with care. It is excellent and powerful, and quickly able to wipe large drives in an instant (if you confirm action tick). It can be used on drives (partitions that is) which are still mounted, to (carefully) view information. It is also good for re sizing, formatting, checking, whatever, of partitions which are not mounted, such as a second drive in the system. Be aware that if the second drive is already configured into the original system then some partitions actions will prevent the second drive being later easily recognised at startup in the system.
