I haven't had any direct experience but I've had my eye on PC Specialist - www.pcspecialist.co.uk - for a while. Pretty decent prices and you're able to configure the laptop/PC to pretty much whatever you want including the option of "No Operating System" [certainly much more of a configuration on offer than anything Novatech has]. It would be interesting if anyone else has experience with them.
