Javad, Just to clarify, are you wanting to use your laptop to provide the internet connection for your phone? Normally (IME) tethering is to allow your laptop to use the 3G connection on you phone, rether than vice versa. I have a tethering app on my phone (HTC Magic) that allows me to do it this way, but I've never heard of it being done the other way around.
