I would agree with Dan. I am with Virgin media and have the 20Mb service. I can't fault it, the caps are annoying if you have a heavy day but otherwise i get the full speed and good latency.
Only thing they have got wrong is they didn't spell my name properly but it can't be changed now. strange.
