Thanks - you may well be right - I also have a Tosh Netbook with UNR
9.04 on with the same RAM as my laptop and it /does/ seem a bit quicker.
What I may do is wipe Vista, install Ubuntu and put a spare version of
XP I have in a VM for when I /really/ need some MS application.... :-(
