I would be interested in an Ubuntu group. I'm quite experienced with Ubuntu installation and desktop usage, and have used it for a short time as a server as well (before I lost my job in West Yorkshire). I installed Ubuntu and Edubuntu for several friends, neighbours and relatives, usually with stellar response. I now live in the Pendleton area of Salford, and could probably get a bus to whichever bit of South Manchester you meet at. Daniel Davies
