There's one called TimeVault which (I think) is supposed to be pretty similar to TimeMachine that I've been meaning to try out. I don't know how easy to use it is, or what stage it's at, but I thought I'd point it out.
You could also open up add/remove programs and search the word 'backup' and see what it comes up with.
