Yippeeee. Its working. I thought I might try viewing a downloaded bit of film I have, to see if that might work, and low and behold, it needed updated made, 2 of them, and installed those, adn it now works.
I just started to play the film off the DVD and it looks brilliant. The picture playback is so clear. Took a while but we got there. Thank you so much for all your help.
