I'm having a bit of a problem with some Gtk themes that I've tried. Several Gtk themes seem to really mess up the rulers in GIMP, such that they are pretty much just a solid black area on screen, and I'm not really sure why. There are lots of themes that seem to cause it to happen, the most recent I found being Auriel (http://lassekongo83.deviantart.com/art/Auriel-GTK-97141994).
I'm on intrepid and I've got an nVidia graphics card which seems to be working fine (although I don't think the problem is that anyway, as it's only a problem with some themes), compiz also seems to be functioning fine. Thanks in advance for any help, I shall continue trying to find answers on google as well (although I haven't found anything yet). TIA, Matt
