Dunno if anyone got my previous post about a strange problem with GDM, or if it's just that no-one has any idea how to fix it. Anyway, I've tried a few things to see if they make a difference.
I tried changing the theme of GDM (you never know) and disabling and reenabling automatic login (I use it as there's only me on the laptop and I have disk encryption anyway, so it already needs a password to boot). I tried reinstalling the nvidia drivers, as this was mentioned on the internet, which also had no effect. Does anybody have any idea what the 'clients' may be in the error I get (snippet from a /var/log/gdm log) below?
